EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges on unworn, undamaged items in original, sellable condition within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and free from odour, fragrance, makeup, deodorant marks, or any signs of wear.
  • Items returned in a compromised condition (including tag removal or alteration) will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the above criteria.

REFUNDS

Despite the made-to-order nature of our garments, we will offer refunds, if you simply do not love your order. However, the cost of returns will be deducted from the refund amount. Please ensure your sizing and selections are correct before finalising your order. If unsure, reach out to us at thestudio@funmikelondon.com for guidance prior to purchasing.

FAULTY ITEMS

In the rare event your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will review and resolve any production errors swiftly.

All sale items, discounted pieces, and custom orders are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

  1. Email thestudio@funmikelondon.com with your order number and reason for exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  2. If approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
  3. Once received and approved, your exchange will be processed.
